Welcome to Quizzino.com (the “Site”) a website owned and controlled by Quizzino Limited (“Quizzino”) a company registered in England with registration number 6832734 and whose registered office is at 2nd Floor, 145-157 St John Street, London EC1V 4PY;
The Site is running as a trial and is not fully functional. These Terms and Conditions including the Privacy Policy below and any rules of the games on the Site set out below are a legal agreement between Quizzino and you. By playing the Lucky Letters game (“Lucky Letters”) or using the services (“Services”) including playing any of the games on the Site, you agree to and accept the Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to the Terms and Conditions do not play any game on the Site or use any of its Services. It is your responsibility to regularly review these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to any updates your only remedy is not to use the Site and to cancel any Services. Your continued use of the Site after a change or update has been made to the Terms and Conditions will constitute your agreement to and acceptance of such change or update.
Quizzino may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time and your continued use of Lucky Letter Cards and of the Site shall be deemed acceptance of those revisions.
If you violate the Terms and Conditions Quizzino may issue you a warning about the violation or it may choose to immediately terminate or suspend any and all accounts that you may have established. You acknowledge that Quizzino is not required to provide you with notice before terminating or suspending your access to the Services and games of the Site but that it may do so.
Before playing Lucky Letters or (if you do so first play any other game on the Site) you are required to register with Quizzino and you must provide current complete information in doing so, and you hereby confirm that the information provided will be true and accurate.

You are hereby granted a personal non-exclusive non-transferable revocable licence to use the Services and such licence is limited by these Terms and Conditions. All software made available to use the Site and intellectual property on the Site is owned by Quizzino or its licensors and you agree not to infringe either.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England.
Privacy Policy
In order to access the Site and use its Services you will provide the registration information requested. Quizzino will also record information such as your high score game session duration and other game related statistics. Quizzino will use your personal information to manage your registration and to personalize your visits to the Site and any games you access on the Site. If you ask to receive information from Quizzino you will receive from Quizzino newsletters and other information about the Services.
Internet is not a secure medium and Quizzino has not during the trial period of the Site put security procedure in place and you acknowledge and accept this. Quizzino may provide personally identifiable information and non-personally identifiable information to its associate companies or other businesses or persons for the purpose of processing such information on its behalf. Quizzino will require that these parties agree to process such information in compliance with the Privacy Policy from time to time and the date protection laws in place in the UK.

2. Only one reward can be claimed after the successful completion of the game.
3. This offer is only available in the UK.
4. The Promotion is only open to residents of the UK. Residents of the Channel Islands and Northern Ireland are not eligible.
5. The Promotion shall remain open until 31st July 2009.
6. The promoter is Quizzino Ltd, (the Company) (registration number 6832734), the registered office of which is 2nd Floor, 145-157 St John Street, London EC1V 4PY.
7. There are no cash alternatives to the promotion.
8. Quizzino Ltd shall not be responsible if the company offering to fulfill the reward decides to withdraw the promotion at any time, or refuses to fulfill the offer with any individual for any reason of its own.
9. Quizzino’s decision is final in all matters relating to the promotion.

Quizzino makes no representations or warranties, implicit or explicit, as to your legal right to participate in the Game nor shall any of the Company’s employees, licensees, distributors, wholesalers, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion or other agencies, media partners, agents or retailers have the authority to make any such representations or warranties.
13. Any participation in the Game is at your sole option, discretion and risk. By playing the Game, you acknowledge that you do not find the Game or Quizzino.com to be offensive, objectionable, unfair, or indecent.
